Life is full of unexpected turns. If you need to change your itinerary, here is how we handle those “Plot Twists”:

• ● 7+ days prior: 100% refund. The story is on pause, and we will see you in the next chapter.
• ● 3 – 6 days prior: 50% refund. The stage is already being set, and operational costs have been incurred.
• ● Within 48 hours: No refund. Everything is ready, and the actors are in position. “The show must go on,” or you can transfer your ticket to a friend.

The Challenge Journey is not a leisure tour; it is a true expedition. To become a “Legend”, you must abide by the following:

• ● Active Healing: We encourage movement as a form of healing. Please strictly follow all safety instructions when kayaking or trekking.
• ● Respect the “Setting”: Heritage and Nature are our stages. Leave nothing but footprints, take nothing but photographs.
• ● Fair Play: XP points and Titles are only awarded when you complete challenges honestly.

At AchauTourist, you are the author of your own story. Your personal data is simply the “ink” we use to write your ticket.

• ● We only collect the information absolutely necessary to design your experience and ensure your safety.
• ● Journey photos and the Hall of Fame will only be published with the explicit consent of the “Main Character” (that’s you).
• ● We protect your secrets as fiercely as a hundred-year-old hidden treasure in Da Lat.
