Priced at just $85, this expedition casts you as an “Ocean Explorer” on a noble quest to retrieve the five legendary “Island Guardian Gems,” artifacts said to protect this exquisite Pearl Island, a geological marvel forged by ancient volcanic fire.

Your voyage begins at CANG PHAN THIET, crossing the waves to the island where the first challenge awaits at DOI THIT BO. Here, you’ll tackle Mission 1: “Sacred Fire of DOI THIT BO”, mastering the process of preparing Bo Nong (fresh-of-the-day grilled beef), a renowned island specialty served with three distinct wild vegetables. The reward is the first treasure: the Fire Gem.

The afternoon is dedicated to panoramic exploration from the “Sacred Peak.” You will ascend NUI CAO CAT to the serene CHUA LINH SON (Linh Son Pagoda), using AR technology to unveil the million-year-old geological history etched into the cliffs. The journey continues to the majestic GANH HANG, home to MO THAY and the dramatic natural “Infinity Pool,” where the Water Gem is awarded for capturing its perfect, crystal-clear beauty. As evening falls, your taste buds are challenged with Mission 3: “Moon Crab Messenger”. You’ll navigate the local fishing scene to distinguish between the prized Huynh De Crab and the elusive Moon Crab, culminating in a feast of fresh seafood, securing the 150 XP reward.

Day two is an epic of sovereignty and nature. Be present at sunrise at the COT CO CHU QUYEN DAO PHU QUY (Sovereignty Flag Pole) to earn the Earth Gem. Explore the futuristic PHONG DIEN (Wind Power Field), using AR to decode the island’s commitment to clean energy, before conquering the “steep vertical path” to the historic HAI DANG NUI CAM (Nui Cam Lighthouse). The climax of the odyssey awaits at the outer islets of HON TRANH or HON DEN for Mission 5: “The Silent World.” Donning your snorkeling gear, you will dive into the clear waters to photograph a vibrant cluster of cabbage coral, claiming the final treasure: the Wood Gem, the embodiment of Ocean Life. The journey concludes with souvenir shopping at CHO LONG HAI, where you can spend your XP on local delicacies like Muc rim (spicy dried squid) and Ca kho (dried fish).

Collect all five Gems and achieve the threshold 600 XP, and you will forever be known as a “PHU QUY Legend,” having uncovered the secrets and the spirit of this magnificent Pearl Island.

Itinerary

DAY 1

Morning: “Seafarer Surmounts Waves” Challenge

06:30: Assemble at CANG PHAN THIET (Phan Thiet Port). Guests receive the “Explorer Kit” (waterproof bag, team hat, and physical map with integrated AR code).
Challenge on the Boat: Read a document on the island’s geological history (originally a volcanic eruption). Answer 3 quick quizzes on the App about the island’s geographical coordinates to receive “Breath of the Ocean” (a virtual item to restore energy on the App) and 150 XP.
10:30: The ship docks. The App unlocks Mission 1: “Sacred Fire of DOI THIT BO”.
- Location: Quan Bo Nong (Bo Nong Eatery – the island’s most famous specialty).
- Interactive Challenge: You must learn about the process of preparing “hot” (fresh-of-the-day) beef and correctly identify 3 types of characteristic wild vegetables served with it. Answer correctly to receive 50 XP.
- Reward: Gem No. 1 (Fire Gem) and a fascinating on-the-spot grilled “Bo Nong” lunch.

Afternoon: “Vision from the Sacred Peak”

14:30: The App leads to NUI CAO CAT (Cao Cat Mountain). Mission 2: “Echoes from the Dragon’s Cliff”.
- Requirement: Conquer the stone steps to reach the peak of CHUA LINH SON (Linh Son Pagoda).
- Linkage: Use the AR camera to scan the wave-shaped sedimentary cliffs. The App will display information about the million-year geological formation process. You need to find the “Intersection Point” from which you can see the entire North of the island to receive 100 XP.
16:30: Move to MO THAY/Colosseum (GANH HANG).
- Side Quest “Ocean Memory”: Use the App to photograph the natural “Infinity Pool.” The AI system will score the photo based on the water’s clarity and composition to award an additional 50 XP and Gem No. 2 (Water Gem).

Evening: “Delicacies of the Pearl Island”

19:00: Mission 3: “Moon Crab Messenger”.
- Challenge: Investigate at the fishing port area to distinguish between Huynh De Crab and Moon Crab. Scan the QR code beneath the table at the floating house to unlock the story about the local fishermen’s seafood season.
- Reward: A lavish seafood dinner with Crab/Red Grouper. Receive 150 XP.

DAY 2

Morning: “Eastern Sea Sunrise” Coordinates

05:30: Mission 4: “Shield of the Eastern Sea”.
- Challenge: Arrive at the COT CO CHU QUYEN DAO PHU QUY (Phu Quy Island Sovereignty Flag Pole) exactly at sunrise. Perform the flag salute and record a short 10-second video via the App to receive Gem No. 3 (Earth Gem).
08:00: Explore the “Wind Power Field” (PHONG DIEN).
- AR Challenge: Use the App to scan the wind turbines to see virtual aerodynamic flows and receive information about clean energy on the island. Find the hidden QR code at the base of turbine number 2 to unlock Gem No. 4 (Wind Gem).
10:00: Visit HAI DANG NUI CAM (Nui Cam Lighthouse – one of the largest lighthouses in Vietnam). Conquer the “steep vertical path” to receive an additional 100 XP.

Afternoon: “Coral Reef Decoder”

13:30: Travel by canoe to HON TRANH or HON DEN. Mission 5: “The Silent World”.
- Role-play: Put on goggles and a snorkel. Your mission is to find and photograph (using a waterproof bag) a cluster of cabbage coral or a school of damselfish for AI confirmation.
- Reward: 200 XP + Gem No. 5 (Wood Gem – Ocean Life).
15:30: Return to the main island. Purchase specialties (spicy dried squid, dried fish) at CHO LONG HAI (Long Hai Market). Scan the code at the “CJ” counter to use XP to exchange for a special souvenir bag.

Conclusion: Triumph

16:30: Guests gather at the port, perform the “Check-out” operation on the App, and tally XP.
Rewards:
- Collect all 5 Gems: Receive the title “PHU QUY Legend”.
- Over 600 XP: Receive an electronic certificate (NFT) and a bracelet made from local shells at the port operations counter.
20:00: Arrive back in PHAN THIET, concluding the program.
